Use Drugs in Golf

How to Use Drugs in Golf

Tiger Woods uses drugs in golf.

So does Sergio, Mickelson and Els.

As a matter of fact, every single golfer on tour uses drugs!

How can I make such a bold statement?

Because… FOOD IS A DRUG!

I'm not kidding around here.

The food and beverages you slam down your gullet have drug-like effects on your body and mind.

Take the wrong drug and you get the wrong high (and a higher score).

I have been a mental game coach for over 12 years. But there is bigger and more holistic picture; and that includes the key role of nutrition in achieving peak performance on the golf course. Just as golf fitness has finally caught on with the top players, so will the power of the proper choice of drugs in golf i.e. wholesome food and drink (no more hotdogs and beer at the turn).

Renegade Golf Beverage

I couldn't care less that Tiger sold out and is backing TigerAide, or whatever it's called.

Most commercial sports drinks are packed full of refined sugar, artificial colors and flavors.

You are what you drink.

Instead of being a neon glow stick, blend up the natural beverage below and experience pure, natural, sustained energy and focus through 18, or even 36 holes:

Lemon-Lime Sports Drink

Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 Lime
3 dates
2 cups water
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. coconut oil
Sea salt to taste

Just throw it all in a blender. It will keep for up to two weeks in the refrigerator. Some settling may occur, so shake well.
